Mine emergency rescue scenarios are urgent, so the rapid deployment
and correct operation of the Mobile VPSA Oxygen Generator are
crucial. After arriving at the site:
- Park the trailer on flat and solid ground, pull the handbrake, and
extend the support legs to fix the equipment, avoiding vibration
during operation.
- Quickly connect the power supply (mains power or diesel generator),
check the firmness of circuit connections to ensure stable power
supply.
There are two deployment methods for connecting oxygen inhalation
equipment:
- Directly connect to portable oxygen masks to provide oxygen for
on-site rescuers and rescued miners.
- Connect to mine ventilation ducts to deliver oxygen to hypoxic
underground areas, improving the working environment.
Prioritize the automatic control mode during operation – the
equipment will run automatically according to preset parameters
without manual intervention. In case of emergencies, switch to
manual mode to adjust flow rate and pressure manually. It is
recommended that rescue teams receive pre-training on equipment
operation, familiarizing themselves with deployment processes and
operating methods to ensure equipment startup and oxygen supply
deployment can be completed within 15 minutes when an accident
occurs.
As emergency equipment, the Mobile VPSA Oxygen Generator must be
maintained in good condition at all times to respond to sudden
accidents.
- Daily maintenance: Regularly inspect the equipment for external
damage, check the tire pressure of the trailer, and ensure the
support legs are flexible. Start the equipment monthly for 30
minutes to inspect the operation of core components such as fans,
generators, and control systems, ensuring no faults.
- Adsorbent maintenance: Inspect the adsorption performance every six
months. If purity decreases, regenerate or replace the adsorbent in
a timely manner to avoid ineffective oxygen supply caused by
molecular sieve failure.
- Storage requirements: Store the equipment in a dry and
well-ventilated warehouse to avoid moisture and dust pollution.
Take anti-freezing measures in winter to prevent freezing of water
tanks and pipelines.
- Diesel generator maintenance: Regularly replace engine oil and
filter elements, and keep the fuel tank at least 1/3 full to ensure
rapid startup in emergencies.

maintenance time, content, and equipment status, with special
personnel responsible for management to ensure the equipment is
always on standby.
